Slab of Tenderloin – Norwich Packers Prime Grade Tenderloin, butterflied, rubbed and bbq’d (ranges from medium rare to medium well)

Shaved Montreal Smoked Meat Platter – Tender smoked meat shaved and stacked on a platter, served with mustard side and sauerkraut (Sub out included potatoes for variety of Rye breads)

Slab Pickerel Pouched – lightly seasoned Lake Erie Pickerel, pouched and steam roasted

Lamb Chop Tray – thick BBQ’d lamb chops marinated in garlic, oil and rosemary

Oven Baked Chicken Cacciatore – Roasted Chicken and Italian Sausage in a wine tomato stew
